Continuing Education Requirements

Licensed Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons
Real estate licensees are required to complete 22½ hours of Department of State approved continuing education every two years within their license renewal period. Distance learning options have been approved. The continuing education requirement does not apply to any license broker who is engaged full-time in the real estate business and who has been licensed for at least 15 consecutive years.
