Course Description:
This course is designed for Texas Appraisers licensed and regulated
by TALCB. This 22-lesson course covers the basics of real estate appraisal and includes numerous problems and worked examples of the Sales Comparison, Cost, and Capitalization Approaches to property appraisal. Principles of value, estimating accrued depreciation and reconciliation are also included. Upon completion of this course, the student will be asked a series of security questions (for example, "What is your mother's maiden name?"). When this security check is passed, a final exam will be mailed to a proctor. Upon passing the final exam, a certificate will be mailed to the student. By taking this course you can also receive TSLB-approved certification for 15 hours Mortgage Broker Continuing Education. |
