Your computer is a great teaching tool when it's capabilities are fully utilized. Unfortunately, most online training does not take advantage of this potential. Too much online education is simply text for you to read or video for you to watch.

The training on this site is different. Our interactive courses use multiple instructional strategies to teach you to a degree of proficiency that is appropriate for each course topic. This means health and safety topics are more rigorous than business topics and prelicense courses are more challenging than continuing education.

Most users find the training available here is more thorough and more interesting than what they are accustomed to, without being any more difficult. That's the experience we want you to have.

Employers are expected to provide suitable training that is properly documented. Our automated record-keeping capability helps you meet this obligation.

Using the administrative features of this site you will know who has been trained, when they received their training, and how thoroughly they have mastered the topic.

In addition to training data, selected courses include surveys and self-assessments that also produce valuable data about the state of your work force. Using this information, along with user performance data, you can identify problem areas and take steps to manage them.
