Lost User ID

Issue:

What if I cannot remember my User ID?

Solution:

If you cannot remember your User ID for the sign in screen, then select the Sign In option from the menu on the left of this page and then on the following page, click on the link I do not know my User ID near the bottom of the blue Sign In box.

Directions:

On the subsequent screen you will enter the email address you registered with (or updated to) at UniversityOfTheNet. We will then email you your User ID to that email address.

If you cannot provide a valid email address that you have on record with UniversityOfTheNet, then email support@universityofthenet.com and tell us your name, address, employer or other information that might identify you. We will then email your User ID to you.
