What if I cannot remember my password?

Solution:

If you cannot remember your password for the sign in screen, then select the Sign In option from the menu on the left of this page and then on the following page, click on the link I do not know my password at the bottom of the blue Sign In box.

Directions:

You may recover your password by answering a personal recognizance question. You will be asked to confirm your identity by answering a personal recognizance question that was presented to you when you registered.

If you cannot answer this question, then email support@universityofthenet.com and tell us your name, address, employer or other information that might identify you. We will email your password to you.
