How can I get a refund?

Solution:

For courses you have personally purchased, you may request a refund up until the time the course has been completed or a certificate issued.

Directions:

To ask for a course refund, send a request to support@universityofthenet.com that identifies you and the course for which the refund is needed. Credits can usually be applied to credit cards within 48 hours. Checks are usually refunded within 5 business days.

Refunds may be prorated depending on the time elapsed since registration or the amount of course material completed. Individuals cannot receive a refund for employer provided training.
