How do I view my messages?

Solution:

Messages from your training administrator may cover topics such as:

• Deadlines for course completion
• Instructions for contacting your company's Human Resources Department with your certificate
• New courses you will have available

Messages from UotN may include:

• Contacting difficulties involving your provided email address
• Expected system outages due to maintenance or upgrades
• Answers to technical support questions

Directions:

After you login you will be taken to a page showing any messages from your training administrator (for example, the company representative responsible for your training) and UniversityOfTheNet.

It is very important that you check to see if you have any new or unread messages each time you login.
